Gem API Documentation

This describes how to read the detailed API documentation for Watir, Rspec and other gems.

After installing Watir and Rspec,

  1. Start a local rdoc server. Start → Ruby 185-24 → RubyGems → Start RubyGems RDoc Server; or enter this command in a cmd window: 
    > gem_server
  2. Open your browser. Start → Ruby 185-24 → RubyGems → View Installed Gems Rdoc; or just view http://127.0.0.1:8808/
